This policy describes how Everform (“Everform”, “we”) collects and uses your information when you use our site.

What we collect

• The photo you upload. We use it solely to create your statue preview and, if you order, to produce your statue.
• Order details. Your email, shipping address, and the options you chose, used to fulfill and support your order.
• Your email address, when you share it with us to receive your preview, a discount code, or updates.
• Basic usage data. Standard analytics about how the site is used, to improve the experience.

Email and marketing

Any time you provide your email address — including on our preview and discount form, on the order-review step, or when you enter it during checkout — you agree that we may use it to send what you asked for (such as your statue preview or a discount code), service emails about your orders, and marketing and promotional emails from Everform and from other brands operated by Everform, our parent company. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or writing to hello@myeverform.com. We do not sell your email address or personal information to third parties; sharing within our own family of brands is limited to the purposes described here.

How your photo is processed

Uploaded photos are processed by automated, AI-powered image tools to generate your statue preview. Your photo and the generated preview are retained so we can fulfill your order and provide support, and are deleted upon verified request. We do not sell your photos or your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.
