How the timeline works

Every statue is individually made from your photo, so your order moves through two stages:

• Production: 5-10 business days. Your piece is created and hand-finished in our Massachusetts studio. This comes first, before anything ships.
• Shipping. Only once your statue is finished does it ship. The delivery estimate you pick at checkout is measured from that ship date, so it is in addition to the 5-10 business-day production window, not instead of it.

Shipping options

We currently ship within the United States only. You choose a speed at checkout. These transit times begin after your statue is made and ships. They do not include the 5-10 business-day production window above:

• Standard shipping: Free. About 3-5 business days in transit once it ships.
• Expedited shipping: $18.00. About 2 business days in transit once it ships.
• Rush shipping: $45.00. About 1 business day in transit once it ships.

You’ll receive tracking by email the day your statue ships.

Our remake guarantee

Your statue is covered. If it arrives damaged, with a quality defect, or it doesn’t match your approved preview, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos at hello@myeverform.com and we’ll remake it for you, free. If a remake genuinely can’t fix the issue, we’ll make it right. For pieces damaged in transit, photograph the packaging as well.

Returns

Because each statue is custom made for your pet, it’s one of one and can’t be restocked, so we aren’t able to accept change-of-mind returns. Anything wrong with the piece itself is fully covered by the guarantee above.
