Every statue is custom-made from your photo. Production takes 5–7 business days of hand-finishing before your piece ships, followed by 3–5 days in transit.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $0.00, and free on orders of $0.00 or more. You’ll receive tracking by email the day your statue ships.

Returns

Because each statue is custom-made for your pet, all orders are final sale — no returns or refunds — except for quality defects.

Quality defects

If your statue arrives with a quality defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@myeverform.com. The remedy is a replacement or refund at our discretion. Pieces damaged in transit follow the same process — photograph the packaging and the damage, and write to us within 14 days.
