These terms govern your use of the Everform site, operated by ProFunnel LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your preview and your finished statue

Your preview is generated with automated, AI-powered image tools and shows your statue’s design. The finished piece is faithful to that design, with slight hand-finishing variations that make each one unique. Minor differences between the preview image and the physical product are a normal part of the process and are not defects.

Your photo

By uploading a photo, you affirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process it — including with automated/AI image tools — solely to create your preview and produce your order. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are handled and retained.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Orders are custom-made and final sale except for quality defects, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot reasonably fulfill.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload images you don’t have rights to, images of people, or unlawful content. We may decline to process any upload.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProFunnel LLC’s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
