Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Everform site, operated by Everform. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Your preview and your finished statue

Your preview is generated with automated, AI-powered image tools and shows your statue’s design. The finished piece is faithful to that design, with slight hand-finishing variations that make each one unique. Minor differences between the preview image and the physical product are a normal part of the process and are not defects.

Your photo

By uploading a photo, you affirm that you own it or have the rights to use it, and you grant us a limited license to process it (including with automated and AI image tools) solely to create your preview and produce your order. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are handled and retained.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Orders are custom-made and covered by our remake guarantee, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy; change-of-mind returns are not available. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot reasonably fulfill.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and other promotions are limited to one per order, have no cash value, apply only where shown at checkout, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Signing up for a promotion may also sign you up for emails as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload images you don’t have rights to, images of people, or unlawful content. We may decline to process any upload. For lithophane keepsakes, photos of people you have the right to share are welcome; the restriction above applies to sculpture generation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everform’s liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
